How product information is verified

Incognito Black publishes product facts only when they are present in the current catalogue record, the delivered packaging or manual, or a matched manufacturer or supplier listing. Manufacturer documentation and the delivered label take priority over reseller copy. We do not convert unverified marketing claims, medical claims or certifications into product specifications.

Why a field may be blank

Many unbranded products are sold in several factory revisions. If material, dimensions, weight, battery type, shelf life or another specification cannot be matched confidently to the exact item, the field is left blank instead of being estimated from an image. Product images can also show an earlier colour or packaging revision.

Batch, packaging and variation checks

Check the delivered label, manual, seal, included components and selected variation before use. For consumable products, the printed ingredients, batch and expiry information control. Contact the store before use if the delivered information differs from the product page.

Care and safer use

Follow the cleaning and care instructions supplied with the product. Clean reusable products before and after use, use a new barrier when sharing or moving a product between body areas, and choose lubricant that is compatible with the stated material. Never immerse a powered product unless its exact water-protection instructions allow it. Stop use if a product is damaged or causes pain, numbness, irritation or another unexpected reaction.
